What this does not claim

Not a forecast. The relations are "all else equal". Incomes and interest rates also move prices, by the same source's own figures.

Not regional. One England-wide relation. London and the North respond differently (IFS 2025 supply elasticities range from below 0.05 to above 0.2).

No opposition, carbon or infrastructure scores. No sourced relation exists for them. They appear as unscored notes or not at all.

The LLM computes nothing. Every number comes from the model. The LLM only describes them.
